Local Transformation Plan for Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing

Since 2015, NHS England has asked Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to develop local transformation plans for Children and Young People’s Mental Health (CYPMH).

We have developed a transformation plan which describes how we are working collaboratively with partners from across Health, Education, local authorities, the voluntary sector and children, young people and their families to design and provide the best possible services in Bracknell Forest, North East Hampshire and Farnham, Royal Borough of Winsdsor and Maidenhead, Slough and Surrey Heath.

We are investing resources to improve children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing across the “whole system” including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Our priority areas are informed by the feedback we have received from children, parents and carers, professionals and partners.
