Surrey residents: Complete the end mental health stigma survey

People in Surrey with experience of mental health problems are being invited to complete a short online survey from Time To Change Surrey, focusing on ending mental health discrimination. 

Completing the survey

Those who face or have faced direct or indirect mental health discrimination and stigma across the county (including as a carer, family member or friend), can complete the End Stigma Surrey Survey in just 10 to 15 minutes. The survey closes on 30 November 2021.

Following a mental health provider change for Surrey's anti stigma service, Time To Change Surrey - which is the local campaign and programme to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health - has produced the survey to gauge mental health feedback and tailor services and support to those who are most in need, locally.
